Audiology now delivered by London NHS Diagnostic Service – May 2008
The London NHS Diagnostic Service is pleased to confirm that Audiology is now being delivered across Greater London (Site information and launch schedule available via download on this page). This service has launched in response to local demand and was developed to open up direct access in accordance with the ‘18 week pathway’.
The service covers the patient hearing assessment, fitting and provision of hearing aids, batteries and minor repairs. Further sites will be added as the service develops, if you have local sites that might be applicable please let us know.
